  1. On their own, when they book on your site.
  2. One by one with "+ New customer".
  3. Paste a list from WhatsApp, notes or a spreadsheet.
  4. From your phone: your contacts (the same as your WhatsApp), organised for you.
  5. When you book a job for someone new.
  6. (Pro) Paste the names in the assistant.

  1. Open the Team tab and tap "+ Add cleaner".
  2. Choose the cleaner when you book a job.
  3. Each one has her own colour in the week.
  4. Swap the cleaner in two clicks.

Your team and the GPS time clock

  1. Add your cleaners.
  2. Send each one her private link by WhatsApp.
  3. She taps "Arrived" and "Left" at the job.
  4. You see who arrived and the hours, ready for payroll.

For cleaners: how to clock in

  1. Open the link from your boss.
  2. Tap "Arrived" at the address and "Left" when you finish.
  3. "Open in maps" takes you to the next job.
  4. It only counts at the address. Nobody tracks you during the day.
